Eat Well with Janel: Are you a breakfast eater, yay or nay? I’m always baffled by people who don’t eat breakfast. Usually my stomach is rumbling within about a half of a second of my alarm going off. Also, I love food, and breakfast is a good excuse to eat…food! We’ve always heard breakfast is the most important meal of the day – frankly, I think all meals are equally important.
